Delivery Times

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (AEST)Australia Western Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
Transit time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status here. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
